About us

Our events

The Amsterdam Produce Summit (APS) is both organised and hosted by the creators of the award-winning New York Produce Show and Conference (NYPS) and the London Produce Show and Conference (LPS).

All of our events aim to connect growers and suppliers of produce and flowers with as many buyers of their products as possible, and provide the time and place for meaningful interaction. The model has proved extremely popular and the NYPS and LPS are now well-established international trade exhibitions and conferences for the fresh produce industry, set in the heart of two iconic cities.

The NYPS, presented by the Eastern Produce Council and Produce Business, takes place on December 10-13, 2018 in Manhattan and is the only annual produce show and conference in NYC. The NYPS was the first in our stable and folded the hugely successful event format that was adapted and rolled out in London and now Amsterdam. Now in its seventh year, our New York show is held at the city’s Javits Center and attracts more than 400 exhibitors. The exhibition gives trade exhibitors direct access to a wide range of produce buyers from the retail, foodservice and wholesale sectors. A series of networking occasions, seminars and chef demonstrations run around and alongside the trade show, delivering every participant the opportunity to meet, share and learn with their counterparts from around the world.

Presented by the Fresh Produce Consortium and Produce Business magazine, the LPS (winner of Best International Event in the prestigious FAME Awards) has taken the NYPS model and adapted it for the evolving demands of the UK marketplace. Again, it is the only annual produce show in town and it has been successful in attracting exhibitors and attendees from more than 50 countries to the English capital city in its first three years. The sixth LPS will take place on June 5-7 2019 at Grosvenor House in London.
